Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for GTMStack is Second Brain Consulting. You can contact them at sales@secondbrainconsulting.co.

GTMStack and Reachium share ownership. Reachium is the product this site recommends as its pick, and that relationship is disclosed wherever Reachium is recommended.

Emails from GTMStack may promote Reachium. Emails always come from GTMStack, never from Reachium, and this list is never emailed under Reachium's name.

What is collected and why

When you sign up with a form on this site, Second Brain Consulting collects your email address so GTMStack can send you marketing and promotion emails: new articles and updates, and a newsletter when it launches. Sign-ups are also measured so we can tell how the site and its forms perform. The next section says who stores the data.

Each sign-up also records the wording you agreed to, the time, the page you were on, the website that sent you here, any campaign tags in the link, your country, and a scrambled one-way code made from your IP address that is used only to stop abuse. Your IP address itself is never stored.

Who receives your data

Your sign-up is stored by the SEO Maxxing dashboard (seo-maxxing.vercel.app), the service that runs the sign-up forms on this site. It holds the data for Second Brain Consulting and uses it only on the instructions of Second Brain Consulting.

The SEO Maxxing dashboard keeps what it stores with Vercel and Supabase. They act for the SEO Maxxing dashboard, not for Second Brain Consulting, and use the data only on the instructions of the SEO Maxxing dashboard.

Sharing with data partners

Some forms offer a separate box to share your email address with this site's data partners. Only if you tick it is your address passed to them, so they can email you too. Our data partners include Reachium. If you leave the box unticked, your address is not shared with any data partner.

How long it is kept

Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. There is no fixed expiry date on a sign-up.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Withdraw your consent

To withdraw your consent and have your email address deleted, write to sales@secondbrainconsulting.co from the address you signed up with. Your address is deleted. A scrambled code made from it is kept so that it is not added again, and the record of the consent you gave is kept without your address.

Browser storage

The sign-up forms keep one entry named saeo_capture in the local storage of your browser. It remembers which version of a form you saw, when you closed one, and whether you signed up, so the same form does not keep appearing. It is not shared with anyone, and the forms set no cookies.
